How does Apple Health sync work?
It is optional and off by default. Turn it on in Sculpt's Settings and finished workouts are saved to the Health app. Access is write-only — Sculpt never reads your Health data.
My home-screen widget says "open the app" or isn't updating
Open Sculpt once after installing or updating the widget. The widget refreshes whenever you finish a workout or open the app.
