What's Newv2.2.0 · JUL 13, 2026
A redesigned workout flow — your whole day on one screen:
- The Glance List: warm-up, main lifts and accessories as one flat, scannable list. The current set is a highlight, not a card, so the screen never jumps around while you train
- The Dock: one floating bar that logs sets, counts reps and runs the rest timer — always in the same place, like a shutter button
- A new big-timer view readable from across the gym — tap the resting dock to zoom, swipe down if you'd rather keep the list
- Accessories now record your actual reps per set. Do 12, 10, 8 and that's what history shows — and tapping a logged set fixes it
- The next set's rep counter starts from what you got last set
- History now reads exactly like the live session, so reviewing a past day and training today feel like the same app
- Clearer language everywhere — plain sentences instead of code-style labels, on every screen from onboarding to Settings
- Plus one-tap rest control from anywhere, a simpler rest setting, and polish throughout.
